Find Your 1 (Part 2) – Who Has Been Wounded

Michael Demastus October 4, 2026

Some people are far from God because they have wandered, but some are far from God because they have been wounded. But Jesus refuses to drop the search for the one who has been dropped.

About Michael Demastus

What I Do: I am the Minister of the Word at The Fort. My primary duties are teaching the scriptures and casting a vision for God’s family at The Fort. Interesting Fact About Me: I have felt a call to preach since I was in ninth grade. The Fort is only my second church to serve as a preacher, and, God willing, will be my last. I Choose To Worship At The Fort Because: I believe in the vision of this church, and I trust the leadership of this church. Most of all, though, I love the people of The Fort–their passion, their generosity, and their commitment to the mission of God.
